Rose Mae Terms and Conditions

1) Definitions

  • "Buyer" refers to the individual/individuals entering into a contract for the supply of goods from this website,
  • "Seller" refers to "Rose Mae",
  • "Goods" refers to the items ordered and confirmed in our email,
  • "Delivery" refers to the delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified on the order.

2) Our Website

  • The information, services and products provided throughout this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy we reserve the right to withdraw a product immediately. We also reserve the right to cancel all confirmed orders that are subject to genuine website error or inaccuracy.

3) Looking after your Rose Mae Jewellery

  • To keep your unique piece in perfect condition, avoid contact with perfumes, aerosols, creams, chemicals and water.

4) Payment

  • The order(s) will be dispatched only once cleared payment has been received in full.

5) Faulty goods and returns

  • All Rose Mae pieces are handmade with care and all quality controlled. However if you receive a damaged piece please report it upon receipt and return it within 28 days and choose from a refund or exchange.
  • Earrings: Unless damaged item is reported within 3 days of receipt, for hygiene reasons we will be unable take them back.
  • For all returns or damages contact Rose Mae

6) Title and Risk

  • The goods will be at the buyers risk once delivered and the buyer will be responsible for any damage caused to the goods for whatever reason after this point in time.
  • Should the goods be returned to us, any damage caused whilst in the buyers care will be recovered from the buyer.

7) Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the goods

8) VAT

  • All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.
